Custom fabrication has been at the heart of our shop since the 1950s. Brock Metal Fabrication continues a tradition started by the Billbow family, and today, 2nd-generation owner Bob Billbow still works with us daily. His decades of hands-on knowledge ensure that every staircase, railing, canopy, platform, tank, bracket, beam, or custom component leaving our shop meets the same high standards this facility was built on.
Our fabrication team blends generational craftsmanship with today’s advanced metalworking technology. Our in-house CNC laser cutting, plate rolling, press braking, tube forming, and MIG/TIG/stick welding allow us to execute complex designs with tight tolerances and consistent repeatability.
Finishing options include high-end paint, hot-dip galvanizing, and powder coating, ensuring each custom piece has the right level of protection, appearance, and longevity. Galvanizing and powder coat services are subbed to trusted partners who deliver flawless results every time.
