For more than 70 years, our shop has been powered by the tools, machines, and expertise that keep us at the forefront of American metal fabrication. Since the 1950s, the Billbow family built this shop around precision, durability, and real-world capability. Today, with 2nd-generation owner Bob Billbow still working alongside us, that heritage continues with modern technology and a constantly expanding lineup of professional-grade equipment.



Our 20,000-square-foot facility includes the firepower required to fabricate everything from intricate decorative metalwork to large-scale structural steel components. Every machine is maintained to industrial standards, operated by experienced fabricators, and integrated into our workflow with accuracy and efficiency in mind.

CNC Fiber Laser — 5’ x 10’, 1500 Watt

• Cuts: 5/8” mild steel, 3/8” stainless, 1/4” aluminum, 3/16” copper

• Ideal for: custom parts, signs, structural plates, brackets, high-volume production


Two 350-Ton CNC Standard Press Brakes

• Forms material up to 10 feet long

• Bends up to 1/2-inch steel

• Perfect for structural components, heavy brackets, frames, and precision bends


Cincinnati 2510 Mechanical Shear

• Cuts sheet metal up to 1/4-inch thick

• Fast, clean cuts for repeatable production


11’ Webb Plate Roll

• Forms mild steel up to 1/4-inch thick

• Used for tanks, cones, cylinders, curved panels, and heavy rolled components

Whitney 652-50 Duplicator

• Punches mild steel up to 1/2-inch thick

• Ideal for repetitive hole patterns and production plates


Dustless Blasting DB150

• Sand, soda, and media blasting capability

• Used for surface restoration, paint removal, rust stripping, and prep work


12’ x 20’ x 12’ Roof-Exhausted Paint Booth

• Clean, controlled environment for high-quality paint finishes

• Supports industrial enamel, epoxy, primers, and finishing systems


Marvel Mark II Vertical Band Saw

• Cuts structural steel, tubing, and solid stock up to 18 inches wide

• Ensures clean, square cuts for structural fabrication

Welding & Fabrication Stations

• Punching, notching, and shearing for structural and production components


Rockland Metal Lathe — 60” x 16”

• Precision machining, diameter turning, threading, and cleanup

• Precision TIG welding for aluminum and stainless steel


Millermatic 255 MIG

• High-output MIG for fast, clean welds


Hypertherm 45 Plasma
