Structural Framing & Erecting
We fabricate all structural components in our 20,000-sq-ft controlled shop environment, allowing us to guarantee quality, alignment, weld integrity, and proper fitment before anything reaches the jobsite. Whether the project requires beams, columns, mezzanines, trusses, roof platforms, catwalks, industrial frames, or structural stair systems, our team delivers precision results backed by decades of experience.
Our structural fabrication process incorporates CNC laser cutting, mechanical punching, heavy-duty press braking, plate rolling, ironworking, vertical band sawing, and certified MIG/TIG/stick welding. Every part is inspected for tolerance and fit to ensure fast, problem-free erection.
For corrosion resistance and long-term durability, we offer hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and premium paint systems. Galvanizing and powder coat finishing are performed through long-standing partnerships with trusted regional facilities.
Our erection team is fully mobile and equipped to work anywhere—no distance is too far when the project is the right fit. We coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, on-schedule installation. From remote industrial sites to urban commercial builds, we bring the manpower and equipment required to get the structure installed correctly the first time.
When you choose Brock Metal Fabrication for structural framing and erecting, you’re choosing a company backed by 70+ years of steel experience, traditional craftsmanship, modern technology, and a shop that has stood strong through generations.
