Brock Metal Fabrication offers a full suite of mass-production services for companies that need reliable, repeatable, high-volume metal components. With shop roots dating back to the 1950s, and with Bob Billbow still involved in our day-to-day quality management, consistency and dependability are built into everything we produce.
Our 20,000-sq-ft production floor includes CNC fiber laser processing, mechanical punching, automated forming, precision jigs, welding fixtures, ironworkers, band saws, rollers, and high-capacity material-handling equipment. This allows us to produce thousands of identical components with perfect repeatability, tight tolerances, and clean finishes.
We manufacture brackets, plates, frames, flanges, clips, hinges, gussets, panels, assemblies, enclosures, machine components, structural elements, and custom hardware for OEMs, manufacturers, contractors, product developers, and commercial clients. Whether you need 100 parts or 50,000, we deliver consistent quality on every cycle.
All mass-production work is inspected throughout the cutting, forming, welding, and finishing stages. We track tolerances, hole alignment, weld quality, and dimensional accuracy to ensure each batch is uniform.
Finishing options include paint, hot-dip galvanizing, and powder coating, depending on the application. Powder coat and galvanizing services are performed by trusted partner facilities that uphold our strict standards.
